    Moonlit MeadowThis book 1.
    Proulouge.()
Is it good to be bestowed with supernatural powers?
    Is it bad?
Your hair jet-black and straight, like a cat's. And with super natural beauty. And piercing ice blue eyes that stare into your enemies.
    The feeling of wanting blood.
The full moon transforming you into a hideous, stinking monster.
    So am I a vampire?
    Am I a werewolf?
    No.
I'm something that worse. Something that even vampires and werewolves laugh at. They think, "At least I'm not them!"
I'm the worst monster that could ever walk on the face of the planet.
    And it's all their fault.
The ones that walked in and made me among the living dead.
I'm not supposed to exist. I don't exist.
    I'm an animal.

Chapter 1: The Dog, the Cat, the Lion, and the Curse.()
The school bell for Norowareta High School rang, signaling the end of class for the day. Noroweta High is a prestigous school located in Wakkanai, a city located in the northenmost tip of Soya, Hokkiado, otherwise known as the northernmost city of Japan. People from all over Japan are sent here to learn a multitude of classes, which some didn't even know existed. The winter uniforms are as follows: girls wear white long-sleeved shirts with black ties and black skirts with white knee-socks or stockings, while the boys wear long sleeved white shirts, with a black collar and a black stripe going from the right shoulder down to the left hip, and white, long pants with a one-black-stripe left pocket.
The first years bustled around to get in the hallway around classroom B-1, where the most popular first-year boys in the school would be making their entrance.
The door creaked open, and, like any other day, all the students gasped.
Out came two, unnaturally handsome brothers.
The youngest of the two, by at least 9 months, was a bit short for his age. He had long, shining, flaming orange hair. He had a smile as bright as the sun, and was entertaining the ladies as he walked past with a cheerful voice. He had big, emerald green eyes. His hair was a bit ruffled, though. His name was Leon Kazechi, given the title, "Ace" by the ranking club.
The eldest brother looked almost nothing like like his younger sibling.
He was at an average height, but instead of long, brightly-colored hair, he had short, straight, spiky-at-the-end jet-black hair, and hard, ice blue eyes that looked like they stared through your very soul. His face was expressionless, as it usually is. The only emotion he ever showed was anger, and annoyance. He, unlike his brother, who would fool around in class, was very intelligent, and could be counted on when it came to sharing notes. He would answer everyone's questions in short answers, with a voice that was gentle, kind, and warming. Though, unlike most of the students, he wore a very baggy uniform, and on the bottom of his right pant leg was his name written in Hiragana*. His name was Neko Kazechi, given the title, "Prince" by the ranking club.
As they walked down the hall, with the students staring at them in awe, Leon tried to get Neko to show emotion, like he usually does.
"Hey, bro," Leon teased, "Why don't you chat with the ladies some more with me? After all," he made his voice high-pitched, "They all love their Prince, don't they?"
    Everyone knew that Leon had
has also been trying to get the title of "Prince" for a long time, and weren't surprised when Neko answered with his annoyed tone.
"I told you I never wanted the title. Now shut it."
"Are you sure, Prince?" Leon teased even further.
"Why you little-" Neko started, turned around and yanked Leon's hair.
This made the crowd go wild.
"Kya! My beautiful hair! Let go! Stop!" Leon whined and, in return, he pinched Neko's nose and started to pull it.
The usual fight was about to get worse when, as usual, the 2nd eldest of the Kazechi family stepped in.
    "Hey."
The crowd gasped, even though they knew she was going to make her entrance sooner or later.
She had light brown hair that went
taken down to her shoulders, and small, light hazel eyes. She had a very strong build, and in her voice there was authority and dignity. She was as tall as Neko, and also very intelligent. Her name was Haruhi Kazechi, the middle child of the Kazechi family, and given the title, "Queen" by the ranking club.
She grabbed Neko's hair, and Leon's hair, and pulled them apart with her immense strength.
"Stop it," Haruhi commanded, "Or I'll be sure to make your worse fears come true."
The brothers flinched. Haruhi knew what their worse fears were, and could use it against them anytime.
"But, Big Sis," Leon protested, and pointed at Neko, "He pulled
    my hair!"
"I wouldn't have if you stopped calling
    me prince," Neko retorted coolly.
"Shut up!" Haruhi shouted, and the boys were silenced. "Leon, you're hair is always untidy, so it doesn't matter. And Neko, you shouldn't be easily provoked by him. He's just and idiot."
"Hey-" Leon started but was silenced by Haruhi's menacing stare.
"C'mon," she said, walking away from them, "Let's go home."
The 3 beautiful siblings walked down the normal route to their house, which was exactly 50 feet away from the school. Some have asked why they don't stay in the school dormitories, but they would just answer, "What is the use if we only live a short 50 feet away?"
They were a mysterious group indeed.
But that was because of the curse.
As they walked home, Leon decided to provoke Neko into a fight again.
"If you don't like 'Prince,' then why don't we call you 'Princess'?" he teased.
You probably wouldn't have noticed this if you were walking by, since people today are too involved with their digitalized world to notice important things.
Like the fact that orange cat ears had popped out of Neko's head and Neko had also gained an orange cat tail. And to top it off, his personality changed completely.
"Why you!" Neko screamed and lunged at Leon, who ducked as a lion's tail and ears popped out from him, too. Leon's personality had also changed.
"Geez," Leon said coolly, "You don't have to get so worked up about a title."
"Speaks for yourself," Neko growled, "Ace."
"What?!" Leon screamed and this time it was he who lunged.
But they were yanked apart again by a Haruhi with gray, floppy, dog ears and a tail, who answered expressionlessly, "Stop."
This calmed the two brothers down, and the rest of the walk home was silenced, with people with now-normal appearences.
As they entered through the shouji* and left their shoes on the wooden floor* before going onto the tatami mat*, they were greeted by a huge black dog with brown eyes, a small, orange cat with amber eyes, and a lion.
"What took you so long?!" the cat yelled at Neko.
"We were worried about you," said the dog emotionlessly to Haruhi.
"What did you do this time, Leon?" asked the lion.
"These two got in a fight two times today, Kiba," Haruhi explained to the dog.
"Again?" the lion and the cat said at the same time.
"I'm sorry, Kaen," Neko said to the cat, "It's just that HE annoys me." Neko pointed to Leon.
"Well sorry for getting you worked up over something silly!" Leon yelled at Neko, then he turned to the lion, "Len, don't you have something to say?"
"You're the one to talk," said Len, "Ace."
    Leon scowled and huffed.
At the dinner table, Leon decided to bring up a topic that wasn't usually talked about in the traditional Kazechi household. The room they were sitting was plain, with just a table, a T.V, and a bookshelf, like most of the house was, except for Leon's room.
"How long have we had this curse now?" asked Leon.
Haruhi's face darkened, "It was ever since our parents died, and that was..."
    "12 years," answered Neko.
"I remember you young children," said Len wisely, "You were huddled in that corner, all alone, and we were forced into you hearts."
"Yeah," Leon nodded, "And ever since then we have been possessed by your spirits. Whenever we get worked up, we get our animal ears and tail. And if we don't eat a big enough meal, we need human blood. And we always have to listen to our animal spirits and be no farther than 100 feet from them. On top of that, we inheirit traits from our animals. And most importantly, on every full moon-"
Leon stopped as he looked at the clock.
"Big Bro, we have to get to Mangetsu Park, now." Leon said in a hurry.
Neko and Haruhi looked at the clock. They rushed to get up, and ran with their animal spirits to Mangetsu Park, a park located on the noerthern part of town, and it takes and hour to get there on foot.
They reached there just as the clouds began to clear out of the night sky.
"It's starting," Kaen observed, as the full moon revealed itself.
The sibling's muscles bulged, their animals spirits melting into their bodies. They smiled and showed an immensive row of sharp fangs. Their faces narrowed and their ears grew. They were pushed onto all fours and their legs and arms lengthened, their hands and feet turning into enourmous claws. Their clothes ripping apart until they grew the size of a bear. When the transformation was done, what was left standing were 3 horrific, twisted versions of the animals that possessed them that reeked with the smell of blood.
This was what happened every full moon.
This was the curse of the Kazechi family.
They howled and ran off into the forest, looking for meat to be eaten.

Chapter 2: The Silent Ox and Her Younger Sister, the Rabbit.
We're alone, Neko thought as he walked to school alone the next day. He woke up extra early to walk to school, because he wanted to go over the pros and cons of the Kazechi family curse himself, and his excuse to Kean was, "I just don't want to see that little brat's face this morning." ("Little brat" meaning Leon.) Kaen said it was okay and Neko left without a moment's notice. It was annoying, he had to admit, to listen to that cat all the time, but he knew that Kaen could stop his heart anytime, since he was Neko's animal spirit.
We're alone, Neko thought again as he crossed the street and the school came into sight, There's no one else with this bloody curse, which is like a mixture of a vampire and a werewolf.
His stomach growled. Ah, most people might just ignore this growl from their stomach and move on with their lives, but Neko knew that if he didn't eat enough, he would have to feed on a human's blood. There was a vending machine outside of his classroom, (which was B-1) thankfully, but he only had so much money. That's when he spotted a girl walking by. The girl saw Neko, the "Prince," and started to blush.
"Um," Neko walked over to her, "You wouldn't have any extra food, would you?"
He opened his icy blue eyes wide, making them look ten times bigger and himself ten times cuter.
"Oh! Well, I accidentally brought an extra bento* today, you can have it, if you want," the girl replied, her face a bright red.
"Ah, thank you," Neko replied, and bowed his head*. The girl turned bright red, muttered her, "You're welcome," and ran off, almost giving out a squeal of happiness.
Well, I must admit, Neko thought as he chowed down on the delicious food, Being possesed does have its benifets, you get to be unnaturally beautiful and popular with all the nice girls and, if you're a cat, you can use that pleading cat-look to win innocent girl's hearts.
That morning, a new transfer student was introduced to class B-1, and the sight made everyone, even Neko, surprised. (Of course, Neko didn't show it.)
She was short, but dazzling. She had short, curly natural platinum blond hair, and huge blue eyes. Her smile was sparkling like the stars. Even though she was short, you could tell she was very agile.
    She was unnaturally beautiful.
"I'm Emiko Akumabyuti, I come from Kyoto. It very nice to meet you all!" she spoke in a voice that sounded full of energy.
"She really is the 'smiling child*,' eh Bro?" Leon whispered to Neko, noticing the fact that he was staring at Emriko.
"I was only wondering why she is so beautiful," Neko replied coolly, "And is her hair natural?"
"Well, it must be," Leon observed as he watched Emiko walk to her seat in the back of the room, next to the window, "Otherwise the teachers and the Student Council would be busting her chops*!"
At lunch Neko walked back to the vending machine, having gotten some money from Haruhi, he started to waste his money on snacks and soda, because what type of food he eats doesn't matter to him, anyway. Then he heard someone yelling behind him.
He turned around to find the Student Council President yelling at some girl.
    Some beautiful girl.
She was tall, and had dark, green eyes. Her face and voice was expressionless, almost like Neko. But overall, the most unnatural thing about her was her hair. It was long and flowed down to her hips, but it was a pure white. And not only was it white, but her bangs were black, and they slowly turned to white at the top of her head, and at the bottom of her hair it was black, too.
"Why are you wearing your uniform like that!?" the President yelled, "We may have accepted the fact that you're hair is natural, but I won't accept your violation of the dress code!"
It was true. The girl was wearing her uniform in a peculiar way. She had no tie, and her sleeves were rolled up. But most importantly, she wore no stockings or shoes. She was walking around barefoot.
"But sir, I'm uncomfortable with having anything near my ankles or the palm side of my wrist," the girl protested calmly, "I have Angustusphobia, the fear of having things near certain places."
"I don't care!" the President screamed, "Face your fears and get some stockings and shoes on!"
"President," Neko stepped in, "You can't force someone to do something they don't want to do."
"Ah, Neko," the President muttered, looking at him, "You have no right to talk! You have your name written on your uniform! It's a violation of the dress code!"
"That's because some senior thought that my uniform were his, since I also have a mild Angustusphobia, and I had to wear my gym clothes for the rest of the day," Neko replied.
"That doesn't matter! You two need to get it together, or else you will be expelled!"
Suddenly the girl sprouted Ox horns and tail.
"Oh really," she growled, knocking the Presidents head down so he couldn't see her, "You should get it together and learn to let people have some relaxation!"
Neko ran over to her and pulled her off.
"Stop," he whispered in her ear, "Or you'll be found out."
The girl gasped and made her tail and horns dissapeared. The President was already gone, without a clue of what just happened.
    "You're cursed," Neko said.
    The girl looked down.
"Sis!" yelled a familar voice and there came running, as fast as the wind, Emiko Akumabyuti.
Once Emiko reahed the girl she gave her a hug, and said, "Sis! Did that mean guy attack you?"
"Yeah, but I'm fine now," the girl said, giving a little smile, then she looked at Neko, "You saw," she stated, looking tense.
    "It's okay," Neko said, "Look."
Neko pulled up his sleeve to reveal a black tattoo on his right shoulder. It looked like the head of a cat but with no body and a long tail that arched over it.
This was the mark of the curse.
"You're cursed, too!" Emiko whispered, staring at the tattoo. Neko nodded.
"What's you name?" asked the girl.
"Neko Kazechi, class B-1," answered Neko, "Yours?"
"Yukiko Akumabyuti, class B-4," she replied, 'I suppose you've met my sister."
"Yes, and I suppose you met my sister, Haruhi," said Neko, "She's in class B-4."
Yukiko's eyes widened. "Is she cursed too?"
    "Yes."
"Ah, well, at least it's nice to know that we're not the only ones cursed," Yukiko muttered and followed Neko to the classroom.
    (*Bento = Japanese lunch box)
(*What Neko is doing is a common gesture in Japan, which means to show respect)
(*Kyoto, Hoshu = What Emiko is saying is that she comes from Kyoto, the first settlement on Japan in the island of Hoshu, and was the former capital)

In his senior year, Halsted developed an interest in medicine and decided

Pageants can harm a little girls body. One way pageants can hurt their bodies is the hair dye

Although he had only been through two years of medical school, he displayeddye has chemicals inside that inhaled could damage your lungs as well.Make up can also damage their bodies. Some make up supplies can give a great deallittle girl hives on her face because of motivation, interest, and aptitudethe material inside. Most little girls wear high heels in medicine. In July of 1878, he was hired to work as a house physician at New York Hospital, but he leftthe pageant. But the last thing on their minds is tripping in November to move to Vienna, Austria.
In Vienna, he was trained to conduct surgery by Theodor Billroth. In 1879, he moved to Germany to study more, then returned to New York City in 1880. There, he resumed working at Bellevue Hospital, where he had had his first internship.

He decided to bravely attempt an emergency blood transfusion using his own blood, by drawing it from his armtheir face with a syringe and injecting it into one of her veins. The operation wastwisted ankle from the first of its sort it medical history and it managedhigh heels. Do you want your angel to save his sister's life.
Later that year, he visited his mother in
go through the cityconsequences of Albany. She had been feeling ill and he diagnosed her with Charcota's triad, being in a collection of three symptoms: fever, right upper quadrant pain, and jaundice. This indicatedpageant?
    Lily was so existed
to him that she had gallstones and he decided to operate to remove them, performing onvie in a pageant for the first gallstone surgeriesfifth time in the United States. The operationa row.She was successful and his mother soon returned to normal.
In 1882, Halsted was researching breast cancer, a disorder
so confident that she was becoming better understood bygoing to win this time. He decided thatone too. That she was the best waymost beautiful girl competing. But when it was time to preventannounce the spread of the cancerous cellswinners she started to cry when she came died last. Lily thought she was to simply remove them surgically, effectively removingnot prettier then the root of the problem. He performed this operation, known as a radical mastectomy, successfully numerous times and it became common practice in the medical field.
Between 1883 and 1886, Halsted published many papers on advanced topics
other girls competing. And she felt that other doctors hadshes not even considered. One of his proposals was the usage of blood transfusion during surgerypretty enough to replace the massive quantities of blood lost either before or during surgery. Another paper suggested the injection of a saline solution into the bloodcompete in pageants any more. Girls feel like their not good enough to dilute itcompete so they quit and treat shock. Unfortunately, the medical practice was at that time unablethen they start to realizequit when the importance of these ideasgoing get tough in life and just like lily they were largely ignored forlose their confidence.Another reason why some time untilgirls can lose self confidence is that they were established as standard operating procedures.
In 1884, a physician named Karl Koller demonstrated
worry the use of cocaine for local anesthesia. Halsted began experimenting with this method on himself and managedother girls look better then them. so they stress about what they have to develop a severe addictionwear to look better then them. They also begin yelling and throwing things all over the drug. He kept his addiction secret while he privately foughtplace all because you didn't give her the addiction over several years. In 1885 he published a paper about his research that proposed several new methods of using cocaine for anesthesia.
In 1886, Halsted was still fighting his addiction, but managed to kick the habit after undergoing detoxification. The struggle notably changed his personality
supplies she wanted and his colleagues said that he went from being very outgoingyour little angel turns to very withdrawn.
In 1888, he moved to Baltimore, Maryland, where Johns Hopkins Hospital was being constructed. When it opened, he was hired to work as
a surgeon along withlittle devil. Most young women feel they are fatter then other famous physicians, including William Osler and Howard Kelly.
In 1889, his head nurse developed a bad case of dermatitis from the chemicals then used

This prompted him to contractstart staving themselves all because they cant fit in the Goodyear companydress picked to make rubber gloves for medical purposes. It wasn't until later that he realized the importance of rubber gloveswear?
Most kids who buy clothes wear them tell they cant fit
in preventing infection and the spread of pathogens. That same year, he developed a methodthem any more. But for the repair of inguinal hernias that had a lower mortality rate than other previous methods.
In 1890, he was appointed chief of surgery at Johns Hopkins. That same year, he married his head nurse, Caroline Hampton. Although

In 1892, Halsted performed the first successful suclavian artery litigation. In 1893, Johns Hopkins accepted its first medical students,
pageant and throws it away. Its a groupwaste of 18 people. Halsted worked closely with the students to educate them about surgerymoney and medicine in general.
Over the next two decades, Halsted continued working at Johns Hopkins, but failed to invent any new surgical techniques. It appeared
time looking for a dress that his era of innovation was over, probably cost 200.00 and only wear it once. Some mothers do their daughters hair but he continued focusing on teaching young students in his old age. In 1918 he was elected presidentmost of them look for a stylist to do it which is very expensive. High school. A new place. A new beginning. A new life. But for Hajime Kawano, life is going to be the same as always. On bad terms with his parents, on bad terms with his teachers (with the exception of one), on bad terms with everyone else in the school, bad grades. But what he doesn't know that two beautiful girls in his class, Akemi Shimizu, an emotionless girl who likes to read and use technology, and Chika Ichiyama, an active girl with a unique personality, could probably change his view on life. The main reason: because they're androids made by a secret orginaztion from about 1 million years ago! As Hajime learns more about the people around him, will he start to take a different view in life? Find out in Issen Supuringu! (by clevermirror a.k.a cate)
(This is an exerpt that randomly popped into my mind. It's WW3 and the government stated that everyone should be turned into an android, some people resisted and they were sent to "human camps," similar to concentration camps from WW2. This is about a soldier named Yuki, who, because the surgeon took pity on him, only changed his hair and eye color, then put a chip in his brain that made Yuki as strong as any android, but the chip made Yuki emotionless. This is when Yuki and another soldier are hanging out at a human camp with prisoners. After that is when it's the prisoner's point of view.)
"Guard the prisoners," I stated to the other officer, "I'll be right back."
I needed to take a walk. It wasn't that I wanted to, but I needed to. Want is something only humans can feel. The remains of this abandoned camp were full of dead humans, the ones that struggled against the government. Should I feel anything for them because I'm human, too? No. I'm instructed not to feel anything for humans, and I can't feel anything anyway. If I were instructed to even kill my parents I wouldn't..... I wouldn't....
I stopped by a huge ditch. It was full of dead bodies but only two faces stood out to me. I've seen them before in a picture.
    My parents.
I thought I was an orphan the minute I was born. The government told me so. But.... they were here. Should I feel anything for a government that lied to me. But yet, should I feel anything for the couple lying dead in the ditch?
    ....
(It's the prisoner's view now.)I'm not surprised they took us here. It's obviously a warning. It says, "Don't do anything, or you'll end up like them." I can't believe I actually get caught in this dump after 14 years. I have to plan a way to escape. I heard footsteps outside. Probably that annoying kid that looks my age. Sure enough, it was him, but he was holding a gun in his hand. What is he going to do with that?
    He fired.
    The soldier dropped down dead.
I don't get it. Why did he save us?
"Let's go," he stated, and he rushed me out of the cave. (by clevermirror)

On the last day of school, you can’t wait for summer vacation. Swimming, biking, traveling, and 10 double entry’s for 2 books. It is obvious which one does not belong. Summer homework would take away lots of time from the summer and it should be removed.
